How Long Does It Take To Get Pregnant Without A Miracle?
How long does it take to get pregnant – that’s a question so many couples are asking themselves. This blog is dedicated to helping you make informed decisions when it comes to fertility issues and pregnancy. Check out my review of an exciting new ebook that allegedly has helped thousands of people with fertility issues:
It is fairly obvious that there cannot be any sure answer to how long it will take. Many young couples are doing everything “correctly” with no luck at all for a long time. Other couples conceive without ever trying in the first place. Nature is strange in many ways, and this most certainly is true when it comes to pregnancy and everything that goes along with that.
Known Pregnancy Statistics
According to most statistics the question about “how long does it take to get pregnant” can be answered like this: A “normal” couple with good overall health and no special conditions will have around 25 percent chance of conceiving after their first and initial cycle.
Women under the age of 30 will normally conceive after trying for as much as 12-18 months. Around 60 percent of women conceive within the first 6 months, 75 percent conceive within 9 months, and 90 percent of women conceive within 18 months.
It’s far from unusual, in fact it’s seen as quite normal, to not be able to conceive for as long as up to a year. Without any known health issues and problems your doctor will probably not take this too seriously. However, there is no reason why you should not look for alternative solutions, and things that can speed
up the process.

It’s good to know that there are alternative solutions out there that has actually worked for a lot of people. It’s always a good idea to have such knowledge in addition to what your doctor tells you. There are many things that can be done to speed up the process.
If you’ve passed the age of 36 your fertility has already begun to decline. It can therefore be a good idea to consult with your doctor if you have gone longer than 5-6 months without any success. This way you will find out about any issues as soon as possible, and hopefully be able to deal with them also.
Important Health Factors To Consider
As you now understand the question about how long does it take to get pregnant is not all that simple to answer. There are just too many factors and variables to take into consideration. However, hopefully you now understand that you can take matters into your own hands, and do what you can to optimize your chances of conceiving. Here is a quick recap of the most important factors to consider:
- Diet: Your diet is a very important factor in this equation, and so is your physical shape. It’s a good idea to keep your body as healthy and viperous as possible via regular exercise and a healthy diet. Avoid smoking and go easy on the alcohol. It’s probably a good idea to take some kind of vitamin and mineral supplement also.
- Age: As we talked about your fertility will start to decline when you reach your mid thirties, but that doesn’t mean that you cannot conceive a healthy pregnancy. Far from it. Many women are fully capable of this even in their 40’s.
- Medication and drugs: : Avoid all and any kind of drug and medication as best you can. You really want to focus on natural remedies, and natural wholesome food.
- Sex: It’s a good idea to have sex regularly and at least 2-3 times a week if you want to conceive. Pay special attention to the time around ovulation. Try not to “force things”. It’s better to be a bit relaxed about it, as stress will only poison your body and reduce your chances of conceiving. Allow things to happen naturally is good advice.
